Diamond Square Programs

The Diamond Square Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is introducing two new residential grant programs. The Residential Paint Grant Program and the Beautification Grant Program. Interested parties should complete the Diamond Square Program application.

  1. Paint Program
  2. Beautification Program
  • The applicant/homeowner must reside in the home and in the Diamond Square community.
  • The home shall have no existing code violations or outstanding code liens.
  • Painting is available for the exterior of the home only.
  • The grant provides pressure washing for the home, paint, and paint supplies for up to $1,000
  • Applicant is responsible for paint the home.
